Identify the failing step before trying a fix
If the screen returns to Login, check the sign-in method and identity used for the existing account. The prompt does not establish that the account was removed or its payment failed. Note whether the loop happens before or after you complete a particular step.
For other failures, describe the action and what happened instead: the page would not load, a message was rejected, access was restricted or a submitted request remained unfinished. Record the exact error and approximate time so we can distinguish those situations.
| Problem as it appears | Information worth checking |
|---|---|
| A sign-in attempt returns you to Login | The account identity, chosen login method and current browser session |
| A message is rejected before it sends | The error text and remaining chat allowance |
| Payment fails without a confirmed purchase | Record the error and check whether the payment provider shows a pending, failed or completed transaction before trying again |
| A purchased plan cannot be accessed | Match the confirmed payment to the purchasing account and tier; ask support about missing access rather than paying again |
| A generation result has not arrived | The original request's visible state before you submit anything again |
Check the browser without losing account access
Try one reversible change and note the outcome before making another. Using a different current browser or browser profile may help isolate a session or extension issue. Do not repeat a payment or generation just to compare browsers while the first request remains unresolved.
- Confirm connectivity and reload the page once without resubmitting a chargeable action.
- Verify the selected account identity and the method used to sign in.
- Try another up-to-date browser or profile if a session or extension may be interfering.
- Make sure you can recover the original account before clearing its site data.
- For silent media, check volume and the selected speaker or headphones before treating it as a generation failure.
Resolve the current access or charge question first
Read the restriction on the specific action. It may concern message access or a media charge, and those are not the same allowance. A character overlooking a story detail is also different from a message that cannot be sent; identify the failure before purchasing more access.
Keep a payment receipt and check any pending state before trying to pay again. With media, note a visible request reference, status and balance change. Ask us to examine a charge or failed result instead of assuming a retry costs nothing or that another purchase will fix access.
Include the details that make the issue identifiable
Email support@darlink.ai with the feature, date and approximate time including timezone, browser or device, and error wording. Describe which checks you tried. Add a transaction reference for payment issues, never the full payment credentials.
If an attachment is useful, crop it to the failure and remove passwords, card information and unrelated conversations. Say whether you need help locating an account, restoring purchased access or checking a generation charge so the request has a clear purpose.
Common questions
Is DarLink AI down, or could the problem be my session?
See whether the website opens and whether a service notice is shown, then record the actions that fail. Ask support if needed. One browser error or Login prompt cannot establish that the whole service is unavailable.
Why can I browse characters but not send a chat message?
Opening profiles and sending messages have different account requirements. Check the signed-in identity, allowance and exact error. Avoid purchasing another subscription until the reason for the blocked message is clearer.
Should I try the same video request again while waiting?
First inspect any status for the original request. Repeating it may create a separate submission, not make the earlier one faster. Keep the time and any reference so support can identify which request needs attention.
Does every failed generation automatically restore my tokens?
An automatic return or free retry should not be assumed. Provide support with the request and relevant balance details for a charge review. Distinguish a generation that failed from an output that completed but did not meet your preferences.
What should I do if payment went through but my plan is still locked?
Match the payment receipt to the account you have opened. Send the purchased tier and transaction reference to support if the access still does not appear. Do not pay again while the first payment and its access are being investigated.
