Return through the account's original sign-in method
On darlink.ai, choose Login and follow the method you used for the existing account. Check the current screen rather than relying on a remembered provider list. If a provider identity is selected automatically, make sure it is the one associated with your DarLink account.
A shared device can carry somebody else's provider session. Check that identity before continuing. Our Terms allow one account per person; creating another will not bring the original account's conversations and payments into the new one.
Use recovery and receipts for different access problems
Follow password recovery when the sign-in screen offers it. If a provider account supplies access, use that provider's recovery process. If you remain unable to sign in, email support@darlink.ai with an account identifier and the point where access stops.
For a missing paid plan, identify the account on the receipt and compare it with the session you opened. Supply the purchased tier, date and transaction reference. Do not send a recovery link, password or one-time code, and do not pay again while the original purchase is unresolved.
Use settings when you are ready to close the account
The Privacy Policy identifies account settings as a deletion route. You can also contact support@darlink.ai for assistance. Deletion cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in or reach the option, name the account in your message and ask what ownership information is required.
Consider what you want to retain before requesting closure, such as character descriptions or passages you wrote. Keep independent copies where needed. Make clear whether you are asking for account deletion, a personal-data response or both; do not expect restoration afterwards.
Track closure, renewal and retained data independently
If you want recurring payments stopped, arrange cancellation separately and retain the confirmation. Account closure does not on its own refund fees or unused tokens. Describe any applicable refund issue as a payment request rather than relying on deletion to resolve it.
Active-database deletion is not the same as immediate removal from backups and legally retained records. Ask us about the retention and timescale applying to your case. Keep the answer with your request so you know which outcome was confirmed.
- Identify the account using a reference or account detail, not a secret used to sign in.
- Name each outcome you need, including recovery, deletion, data access or stopping renewal.
- Provide transaction or cancellation records when they are relevant to the issue.
- Remove unrelated private messages and identifying information from screenshots.
Common questions
Which Login option takes me back to my existing DarLink account?
Choose the sign-in method used for that account and check any selected provider identity. Use the options on the current screen; an absent plan or chat is a reason to verify the account, not create another one.
Why is my paid DarLink plan not appearing after sign-in?
First match the receipt to the account in use. If the purchase belongs to that account, contact support with the plan, payment date and transaction reference. A second payment is not a substitute for resolving access to the first purchase.
How do I remove my DarLink account permanently?
Request deletion through account settings or contact support@darlink.ai. State the account concerned and any separate request about personal information. Deletion is irreversible; simply signing out neither deletes the account nor requests closure.
How can I request account deletion if I cannot log in?
Write from an email address you can access, identify the intended account and explain the sign-in problem. Ask support what evidence of ownership is necessary. Keep passwords, login codes and recovery links out of the message.
Will deleting the account remove every record straight away?
Not every copy is immediately erased. Backups and records retained for legal reasons may remain after removal from active databases. Ask about the retention relevant to your request instead of assuming a single deletion moment for all information.
